The HBPO Headquarters are located in Lippstadt in Westphalia. The company is managed from here. Central departments such as Research & Development and Program Management are based here. Around 240 employees work in Lippstadt.

The first ever HBPO just-in-sequence assembly site was founded in 1992 and is located in the Meerane industrial estate, in the immediate vicinity of our customers in Dresden, Leipzig and Zwickau. Almost 170 people are employed at the Meerane site.

HBPO Ingolstadt has been growing steadily since it was founded in 2011. For this reason, the just-in-sequence assembly plant moved from a trade distribution center in Ingolstadt to neighbouring Kösching. From here, we supply our customers with various front-end modules. Around 80 employees work here.

The just-in-sequence and just-in-time assembly site is located in Regensburg. The site was founded in March 2014 and employs about 180 people on an area of 15,500 m².
Front-end modules for an automotive manufacturer are manufactured on site.
The Regensburg site is certified according to DIN ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949.

The latest HBPO just-in-sequence assembly plant to open in Germany is located exactly between its two customers Daimler (Sindelfingen) and Porsche (Zuffenhausen). It was opened in 2018. There are currently around 160 employees working in Vaihingen/Enz. The plant started series production for the customer in 2019.

The just-in-time location is based near Saarbrücken.
Front-end modules are manufactured, which are then installed at the customer's premises. The site has been delivering in series since April 2020 on a total area of around 14,000 square metres.

The German development office was opened in April 2018 and is located on the Sindelfingen industrial estate. It is responsible for research and development as well as central project management for the customer, which has a plant in the direct vicinity.

The English just-in-sequence assembly plant was founded in 2005 and is located in an industrial park in Banbury. Around 90 employees produce front-end modules for the BMW-Mini and Bentley Continental here for customer plants in Oxford and Crewe.

Our Slovakian just-in-sequence assembly location produces front-end modules for the very “small” models up through to SUVs. Since it was founded in 2001, HBPO has been based in an Lozorno industrial park and close to the car manufacturers it supplies.

Our Spanish just-in-sequence assembly plant is located near Barcelona. We supply the local vehicle manufacturer with front-end modules. Around 40 employees work at our plant in Martorell, which was founded in 2007.

The Czech HBPO location is a just-in-sequence assembly plant and also a development facility. Around 140 employees work at the plant in Mnichovo Hradiště industrial park, close to our customers for both product development and assembly.

The strong growth in Europe will be supported by our new site in Györ since May 2022. A training centre will also be built here to train our teams. A 1,000 sqm test facility is also planned to put new technologies for our plants worldwide through their paces. This is special and unique in the HBPO world.

The Hungarian just-in-sequence assembly site is located in the Kecskemét industrial park. Front-end modules are manufactured on site for our customers. The site was opened in 2010 and currently employs 95 people.

At this Hungarian just-in-sequence assembly plant we produce front-end modules and center consoles for a local customer. The location was founded in 2012. There are currently 100 employees working here.

The Hungarian assembly plant is located in an industrial park in Székesfehérvár. 75 employees have been producing HBPO's Active Grille Shutter here since 2016.

The Canadian just-in-sequence assembly plant is located in an industrial park in Windsor. Founded in 2007 the plant now has more than 100 employees. Front-end modules assembled in Windsor for the local customer.

The Mexican JIS assembly plant is located in a Puebla FINSA industrial park and is responsible for manufacturing front-end modules for the local customer. The plant was one of HBPO's first and was founded in 1997. 180 employees work here. In 2015, the complex was expanded to include Puebla Molding, where three injection moulding machines produce the front-end carriers for front-end module assembly in the neighbouring plant.

The Mexican just-in-sequence assembly plant is located in an industrial park in Toluca. It produces front-end modules for the local customer. Around 68 employees work at the Toluca location. It was opened in 2007.

The Mexican just-in-sequence assembly plant is located on Aguascalientes industrial estate and is responsible for producing front-end modules for the local customer. The location was opened in 2018. A total of 90 employees works here.

The just-in-sequence assembly location has been based in the industrial town of San José Chiapa since 2013. There are currently 139 employees working here. The plant is responsible for the production of front-end modules, centre consoles and water pumps for the local customer.

The Mexican just-in-sequence assembly plant has been located in the Saltillo Santa Monica Industrial Park since 2018 and is responsible for producing front-end modules. More than 115 employees work at the Saltillo location.

The HBPO North American sales and technical headquarters is located in Troy, MI. 

The HBPO Asia Corporate Office & Development Center is located in Shanghai's industrial park and is responsible for managing HBPO business relations in Asia. Currently 24 employees are working at this location.

This Chinese just-in-sequence assembly plant is located in an industrial park in Beijing. The front-end modules for a local customer are manufactured here. The location was founded in 2013. The first fem module came off the production line in 2015. 86 employees work at the Beijing plant.

The just-in-sequence assembly plant is currently under construction in an industrial park in Nanjing. Production is to start at the end of 2019/beginning of 2020.

The Chinese JIS site is located in the Shunyis Industrial Park, directly on the border to Beijing. CN5 is responsible for development, production, assembly and logistics for our nearby customer.

Shunyi is located northeast of Beijing city center.

HICOM HBPO Sdn Bhd is a joint venture (JV) between HBPO GmbH and HICOM Polymers Industry which is fully owned by DRB-HICOM Bhd group in Malaysia.
The headquarters of the company is located in Shah Alam, a district in the Selangor province. Where it covers corporate functions such as administration, finance, business development, human resources, information technology, project management, engineering and design. 

The HICOM HBPO Sdn Bhd just-in-sequence assembly plant branch is located in Pekan city of Pahang province. The plant is responsible for the production of front-end modules and other automotive assembly modular for the local customer. 

The HICOM HBPO Sdn Bhd assembly plant branch that is located in a Malim industrial park, situated in Tanjung Malim city of Perak province. The plant is responsible for the manufacturing of front-end modules for the local customer.

The HICOM HBPO Sdn Bhd branch that is located in the Kulim industrial estate of Kedah province. The assembly centre is responsible for the production of front-end modules for the local customer.

This HBPO just-in-sequence assembly plant in South Korea has been based in a Pyeongtaek industrial park since 2013 and is responsible for manufacturing front-end modules for a customer located in Pyeongtaek. There are currently almost 23 employees working here.

SHB, a joint venture with South Korean automotive supplier Samlip, is based in Gyeongsan, South Korea. Right now, a total of 67 employees is working in Jilyang.

The SHB assembly location (joint venture between HBPO and Samlip) is based on the Hwaseong industrial estate and is responsible for manufacturing the individual front-end modules for a local customer. Right now 26 employees are working at the location in Hwaseong.

The South Korean just-in-sequence assembly plant is located in a Seosan industrial park and is responsible for manufacturing front-end modules for the local customer. SHB is a joint venture between HBPO and Samlip. Right now, nine employees are working at the location in Seosan.
 

The South Korean just-in-sequence assembly plant is located in a Ulsan industrial park and is responsible for manufacturing the individual front-end modules for the local customer. Right now 27 employees are working at the location in Ulsan.
